On the evening this exposure was made, the stars seemed to have aligned. The wind was calm, the clouds erupted with color, and a monsoonal system had left pools of water dotted around the landscape. It was magnificent. I had a chance to expose a few sheets of film over the course of the evening with this same composition, one black and white and a couple color, and saved one sheet for the hopeful “show.” There wasn’t a bit of disappointment, and this is perhaps one of the most exciting sheets of 8x10 film I have ever exposed. This was one of those exposures that you put every ounce of energy into as to ensure everything worked out as planned.
Please allow a maximum of 4-6 weeks for print production and delivery.
